We love bringing the family here and have stayed several times. The place keeps getting updated: last time there was new furniture, lighting, and a kitchen, with new furniture and bathrooms still on the way. It works well for a family of four or five, or for a bachelor getaway. There are lots of amenities, including about five hot tubs and a pool. Town is literally two minutes away, the chairlift is a short walk, and buses stop right outside the complex every seven minutes or so. We can park the car and walk around Breck and over to the ski hill.

We were in Unit 5B for two weeks, and it was comfortable and well furnished. The location was fabulous for getting around Breck, and the office staff were great. As we were leaving, we had an unexpected visitor. We’d certainly stay again.

The scenery was just perfect, and food and entertainment were all within walking distance. We stayed with family and found the condo spacious, welcoming, and stocked with everything we needed. I’ll definitely return next year.

The stay itself wasn’t bad, but getting help was a real frustration. Our shower broke, I left a message, and no one called back. I called throughout the day to check whether I’d left an item behind and still got no answer or callback for hours. I tried about 50 times in one day before anyone picked up, and that was only after I used the emergency line. Vacasa couldn’t help because their system was down, and they never followed up either. They say they’re always standing by, but the main line went unanswered. Please answer the phone, not just the emergency line.

The condo was reasonably priced, clean, and had everything we needed. Main Street is within walking distance. The hot tub was around the corner, attached to another building, and parking could get tight in peak season. We’d consider staying again if we return.
