After more than 20 stays in Breckenridge, this was the worst place I've been, and I won't stay at Sawmill Creek again. There were six of us in the condo, but the rule allowed just one car per unit. We were the only cars in the lot, with plenty of open spaces visible in the pictures, yet they wouldn't let us leave our second car overnight. We had to drive 20 minutes roundtrip and pay $25 to park elsewhere. The guy enforcing this was extremely rude. It felt like they cared more about the rule than saving us time and money, even though the lot was empty. At checkout they ask guests for a 5 star review, which struck me as funny after that experience. For the price, you can find other hosts who care about making a vacation enjoyable and show some flexibility.

The place was lovely and they do a great job keeping it clean, tidy, and in good repair. The location worked really well too: you can ski in from Four O'Clock Run, and the bus stop is right out front. I'd be happy to stay again.
After a day on the slopes, my kids loved racing back to the building at the bottom of Four O’clock run. Shuttles stop right outside every few minutes, so getting to the lifts is easy. Park Ave is right there too, with nightlife just a block away. One of the best spots in Breck.
The mountain view from our unit was beautiful, and it was clean and updated again this time. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and restaurants and shops were an easy short walk away. We've stayed at Sawmill Creek several times because it keeps meeting our expectations. It's nice to know we have a good place to return to when we visit Breck.
We stayed in 201 and had a great time. It was a nice, well-equipped place, and after skiing we could ski right back to the condo. The walk to the Breck Connect Gondola was about 8 minutes, and Main Street was an easy stroll for checking out downtown.
