The houses have a cozy feel, nice layouts and decor, and updated features. The hot tub is shared with four other units, which I didn’t love. The location is fantastic, but the beds and check-in process really spoiled it for me. The pillows and mattresses felt like they were from the 70s, and none of us slept well. To get keys, you have to go in person to their headquarters in downtown Breck, even though entry is by keypad and we didn’t need keys. It wasted time. I rent up here at least twice a year, often more, and this is the worst check-in process I’ve dealt with from a rental agency or company. The staff are nice, but the process feels outdated. They should look at what other companies are doing and make major changes. I won’t rent here again until they fix the check-in and bedding.

The view was breathtaking, and the hot tub in the snow was unforgettable. My husband and I went with another couple, and everyone had plenty of privacy. The beds were comfortable, the decor was beautiful, and the kitchen was great. Thanks for being so accommodating. We’ll be back!

There’s a lot to love about this rental, but the beds were awful and the pillows were just as bad. The pillows were stained, which we discovered while swapping cases around to find one we could tolerate. If you can’t sleep, the rest isn’t worth it. I’d come back only if the owner confirmed that every mattress and pillow had been replaced. Otherwise, stay away.

The owners were very accommodating, and we loved the location and view. We’re definitely planning to return next year!
