Quality Inn Breeze Manor

The bed was so comfortable, and the housekeeping did a great job. Jim keeps the grounds looking cared for, and we could park right outside our room after an easy drive off the freeway. It’s family owned, and talking with John over breakfast and coffee was a pleasure. Sadie, the black lab, was a cheerful greeter too. We’d stay again, and I highly recommend it.

It was a peaceful, quiet stay, and the pool looked really clean. There’s a path behind the hotel to the TA truckstop, about a five to ten minute walk, which works well for semi drivers. The place was nice and the service friendly, but I noticed cigarette burns and an odd dark patch on the floor, and it felt a bit pricey. In the morning, a sweet dog greets guests at checkout. She’s in the breakfast room, so people with allergies may want to know that.

I picked this motel because it’s close to the Abandoned Pennsylvania Turnpike and lets you park right by your room. The many positive reviews helped me decide to book, and I’m glad I did. The owners are wonderful and clearly take pride in the place and look after their guests. The grounds were well kept, and my room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and in good working order. Thanks for a very nice stay.

It’s a family run place, and the care shows in the rooms. The sheets felt clean, the furniture was in great shape, and the landscaping with its fresh flowers and mulch was thoughtfully done. Check-in was easy, and I enjoyed talking with the host. The town has the food and supplies you need while traveling. For a stop between Pittsburgh and Harrisburg, I’d choose this place every time. It was a welcome break from the usual corporate hotel.
