The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort

Being able to walk to the Grand Canal Shoppes and the Sphere was a huge plus. The rooms and bathrooms are exceptionally roomy, and the pool and casino areas look stunning. The décor throughout is beautiful, and the staff were consistently attentive and professional. We had an incredible stay at The Palazzo. Easily one of the top three hotels in Las Vegas, and absolutely worth every penny.

The gondola ride was such a memorable part of our stays, and the suites are the most beautiful and luxurious rooms we’ve had on the Strip. The Palazzo has become a special place for us, from our honeymoon in June 2023 to celebrating my husband’s birthday now. We keep coming back because the service feels unmatched, with every staff member making us feel looked after. The hotel is stunning but still welcoming, and we loved the meals at Wakuda, Hong Kong Café, Estiatorio Milos, and Grand Lux Café. Everything we tried exceeded expectations. We’d confidently rate it a 10 and recommend The Palazzo to anyone after luxury, great service, and memorable experiences.

The location is handy, right in the middle of the Strip, with great dining and shopping choices. Our room was nice and well placed, and I had fun at the tables, though I lost some money. The room itself didn’t impress me much. What really put me off was the cost. We paid a lot for the room, then there were resort fees even though we didn’t use the facilities, plus parking and a seemingly endless list of other charges at Venetian. For that price, we could have gone to Paris or London and had a much better experience. Vegas used to feel like gambling and shopping helped offset the room cost, but now it feels like they’re pricing themselves out. I might do this once, but I probably won’t stay on the Strip again. The experience just doesn’t justify the expense.

We had a comfortable stay, and our immaculate king suite looked out toward the sphere. It was completely quiet, too. Staff and servers around the resort were helpful, and we had the food, pool, and nearby places we wanted within walking distance. The only small drawback was the suite’s smart TV. It had Netflix, YouTube, on-demand movies, and live TV, but could use more streaming apps.
