I’d never tell anyone to commit to a weekly stay here. It feels like a waste of hard-earned money. Fall behind on rent and they’ll lock you out. If you leave anything in the room, it may be gone quickly. They say they had to throw it away, but I believe they go through your things and keep what they want. Management should put themselves in other people’s shoes. They’re rude when you’re behind, and threaten and harass you.

Andrea Ransom is always helpful and provides wonderful customer service. She never keeps me waiting, keeps my unit bug-free, and stays up to date. I really appreciate her help with my rewards. At a desperate time for me, she took care of two weeks’ payment. Thank you, Andrea Ranson!

I feel safe here and honestly love living here. The location is nice, the pool is clean, and the trash area is kept up. There aren’t homeless people hanging around. They even pick the kids up for school here, and it’s pet-friendly. The staff are helpful when you need them and provide great customer service. God bless, keep up the amazing work. 🐕

The new manager has been a blessing to me and my family. She’s made sure we have food and things for my kids, and she’s cleaned the property up so much. She’s firm but really caring. The front desk staff are wonderful too.

This place feels like home, and I’m proud to say that. It’s a little community with great people, and the staff welcomed me with open arms. They’re kind and caring, and I definitely love it here. DaVita is my favorite. We’re Birthday Twins, but she’s also just awesome. ❤️
