They assigned a 53 yr old man weighing over 300 pounds to a top bunk made for kids. That put his health and well-being, and the safety of the person below him, at risk. I asked twice to move to one of the open bottom bunks and was told both times they were full. That can't be right, since the next person hadn't even checked yet, and on a previous stay they'd moved someone to a bottom bunk. If I stay again, I'll demand a refund at check-in if they don't give me a bottom bunk. I'm giving one star only because of that BS.

The staff have been helpful and hardworking, and they offer activities to explore nearby attractions. It's a nice, safe property with good vibes for the most part, and I'd definitely return. The area can get a bit dark at night, so watch your surroundings. The front desk could be warmer and show more enthusiasm about making guests' stays memorable in a positive way.

It was a little hard to find, and the neighborhood felt kind of sketchy. The colors are quirky, but I had a great experience and would stay again. It was very affordable and, in my experience, quite nice. The doors use Bluetooth, though you can also enter a code on the handle. I had to lift the handle and set it back down to open the door. You can borrow a lock, but you have to return it for your storage box.

The booking process and room setup made this a miserable stay, though I give an extra star because the staff at Thunderbird and Super8 and the Bposhels call center were friendly and extremely helpful. When I booked through a third party, it let me choose a private room but didn't say whether it was actually shared. At check-in, I was told Bposhtels bookings only get shared rooms. I was extremely unhappy about sharing my private space, and even offered to pay the extra charge for my own room, but everything was fully booked. If you partner with third-party sites, make it clear that you only offer shared rooms. I won't go back to this hostel. The reservation rules were also a pain. My friend booked under his name and was willing to video call or email his ID to prove he was eligible, but staff said he had to be physically there for me to check in. Other hotels I've used have been more flexible about verifying identity. Three other people or families that night had the same problem and were upset too. One was in my situation, and another had a difference between their real name and English name. The 24/7 call center didn't resolve my case until the next morning. I had to pay extra for a temporary private room, assuming I'd get a private room after the issue was fixed. I wouldn't have known I was getting a shared room unless I'd googled it or checked with staff. How many people would do that? It nearly ruined my trip and left me stressed. I lost one night and the private room I wanted because the procedure was so bad. I called Priceline for compensation, but couldn't cancel because other reasonably priced hotels were also fully booked. I wish I could afford luxury hotels. And really, six people in a tiny room? I thought four would already be crowded. I know they want to maximize profit, but six is too much. During the morning and night rush, we had to take turns using the restroom and wasted time waiting instead of traveling. I couldn't use the shower or sink at all during my stay. I cleaned up at the airport because I didn't want to miss my departure flight. There was just too much traffic in the room at busy times. Lesson learned. I'd rather book a real hotel, since some aren't much more expensive. I know some hostels also have private rooms for only a couple dollars more.

Would I stay here again? No. To be clear, I have the correct location. The images are misleading and questionable, and some look edited or AI-generated. They didn't tell us up front about the $125 deposit and $57 amenities fee. What amenities was that for? They could at least offer free coffee. We didn't see anything that counted as an amenity. We didn't get the room we booked. The room we ended up in was above the motel's "personal" laundry room, where they wash the motel sheets. Staff used it at all hours, and at night the washer and dryer shook our bed. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaked ridiculously. It barely fit, leaving no room to walk between it and the restroom sink area, so we had to climb over it. The TV was no good and unusable, and probably needs replacing. Some outdoor areas were dark and need better lighting. The door was complete trash and needs to be replaced for guest safety. In the morning, so much light came through it that it woke us up. See the images I added. In response to their reply, I do have the right place. They seem to be in denial or didn't understand that I meant the motel's own laundry room, not one open to the public.
