The Venetian Resort-Palazzo Prestige Club Lounge

I’ve been a raving fan of the plaza prestige for over 20 years. The staff have always been amazing, and I consider them family. But today’s incident made me question how the security staff are trained. Tim wouldn’t check whether I was on the prestige list and told me to get a key at the front desk. When I said I was on the list, he gave me a terrible attitude. I asked for a manager, and he said I could either speak to one or have him check the list, but he wouldn’t do both. The manager handled the situation very well, though Tim kept up the negative attitude. It made for a poor first impression that day, despite my having stayed at this property well over 100 times. Tim definitely needs customer service training.

The walk to the Sphere is short and even stays indoors. The rooms were clean, and the staff was excellent. The inside of the hotel is absolutely beautiful.

I brought my family to see the plaza and mall featured in an episode of “Boys Over Flowers,” and we loved the interior. There are lots of shops and places to eat, plus a gondola ride you can pay to take. The gondoliers sing, too. Definitely recommend a visit.

There’s plenty of dining and an indoor shopping mall in this big hotel. The rooms are spacious, too.
