We’d book again if we need to stay here. The service was excellent and everything we needed was taken care of. Just know there’s no elevator, so getting to a second-floor room means taking the stairs. I’m able-bodied and usually don’t think to check for that, though I’m sure it’s listed somewhere. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay.

The breakfast could use more choices. They had cereal with milk and waffles, but eggs, hash browns, pastries, bagels with cream cheese, oranges, or even yogurt would be nice additions. The Super 8 smelled clean, our room was clean, and the staff were nice.

The refrigerator quit working, and our food spoiled quickly. When I brought it up, the manager or owner raised their voice and said it wasn’t their fault instead of responding calmly. They agreed to reimburse me at the end, but never did. Staff said the manager was out of town whenever I asked. The management came across as neither professional nor humble.

It’s affordable, and they’re in the middle of remodeling. The staff are pleasant. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in Brenham.

The employees were lovely and the facilities were clean. The pool is small, but it worked great for us. There wasn’t any shade in the pool area, though, and there were few chairs or tables. If we’re in the area again, we’ll stay here.
