The restaurant looked beautiful, and the food was amazing. My room was clean and had a great view, especially for the price. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I checked in, and they helped carry my luggage to my room. Management and staff treated me with respect, and I was really pleased with my stay. It was my first time here, but I’ll come back and give them my business. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Thanks to the team for making it such a great experience.

I’m here every week for work, and they make it easy by keeping my usual room available. Sam at the front desk always greets me with, “Hello sir, welcome back.” I know some people have trouble at certain places, but whenever I’ve had an issue here, Sam and his team have been able to sort it out.

After a long drive, we arrived expecting three rooms for one night. Hotels.com had confirmed the reservation, but it hadn’t actually gone through. The cashier then tried to sell us a room at a higher rate. We looked around first: the building doors were dirty, the rooms smelled like damp marijuana smoke, and the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned. The whole place was filthy and badly managed. We couldn’t get management to take responsibility for the problems we found. We stay in hotels every month, and giving this one a chance was a big mistake. Don’t trust the five-star reviews, which may be from the owner or employees. Anyone with decency should avoid this place. It’s about as bad as a hotel gets.

We were there only a few minutes before leaving to get something to eat. When we came back, five police cars were outside, and officers told us it wasn’t safe to stay and advised us to get our money back and go somewhere else. There’d just been a shooting in the hallway. The manager refused to refund us, calling it just an incident and saying we were completely safe. The halls and rooms were disgusting and smelled of weed. I don’t recommend staying here at all, and I strongly suggest choosing somewhere else.
