The lobby was spotless, and the room was very clean too. I stayed four days, though the front desk staff spoke to me only once as I came and went. Parking is downhill from the hotel, so it’s a long walk back up to the entrance. There were no phone jacks for charging my cell phone, and the lobby coffee machine only made one cup at a time, for $4 a cup.

The atrium is surprisingly lovely, with plenty of comfortable spots to sit or get some work done. There’s also open-air dining and a restaurant and bar, Bur Bon, that’s consistently satisfying. The all-suite rooms are spacious and nicely equipped. This Hilton is tucked away in Brentwood, and while there are larger, more touristy hotels around, this hidden gem is hard to beat.

Kasha Lane did a thoughtful job getting our meeting space ready, and I want to give her a shout-out. Our suites were clean and roomy. From the moment we walked into the beautiful lobby through check-out, everything about our team meeting stay was awesome. We’ll come back to this Hilton when we’re in the area.

The pool was murky, which was a real disappointment since it was the reason we chose this hotel. The rest of the stay was wonderful: our room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable.

The staff were excellent, and this is a very nice hotel. The rooms are amazing. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re in the Nashville area.
