What made this visit stand out was Kenisha’s service at the bar. After a long workday, she was attentive and personable, and made the place feel welcoming. Her food and drink suggestions were thoughtful, and showed both product knowledge and genuine care. I travel for business often and value professional, attentive, consistent service. Kenisha exceeded my expectations. Our team regularly stays at Hilton Garden Inn properties, and she made this one memorable. She’s a real asset to this location, and her work deserves recognition and consideration for advancement. I look forward to coming back and seeing her again.

I had to cancel my October 28 booking because I was ill and had been admitted to the hospital. When I called, Nia said there was no way to cancel without a $300 charge for one night. She was curt and unpleasant, and I was very disappointed. Thankfully, customer service arranged to send my money back by check, minus a few dollars, and I really appreciate that. I’m only a Silver rewards member, but I wish the front desk had shown more compassion given the circumstances. Bonvoy. I’d stayed here in July and had a terrible check-in, though the hotel itself is great. The location is perfect, and the bar and happy hour are decent.

Tim, Rachel, and the rest of the staff are fantastic. I’ve stayed here more than once, and for affluent Brentwood, it’s a steal. This isn’t a one-off opinion, I’m nearly 300 reviews in. The hotel’s in an incredible spot and has a bit of a “Southern Mansion” feel mixed with a beloved “Hilton Family Member.” Book it.

The area and the hotel were nice, but dealing with the staff and managers was a bad experience. At breakfast, the host, who was American and spoke English, couldn’t understand that I wanted everything except sausage in my omelet. She asked me to clarify twice, then she and the cooks had an attitude about remaking it. The cooks also repeatedly taught the host to say “guerro” while looking at my white husband and laughing. I spoke with Nia, the operations manager, about it. She asked how the cooks teaching the host to say “guerro,” meaning “white boy,” was offensive to my husband. She also accused me of deliberately walking out on my bill because it hadn’t been finalized before I left the dining room. I hadn’t realized the host didn’t take my room number down to charge me. Even after I asked not to be charged for the omelet, I was charged for it. I’m very disappointed with the stay and how they handled it, and I wouldn’t recommend this Hilton.
