Quality Inn

The whole stay went smoothly, and the room felt fresh and looked well cared for. It was quiet the entire time, with no noise issues. I was pleasantly surprised by how calm and low-key it was. A solid pick for an easy stay.

Bash made check-in easy and was professional and very helpful throughout. The Quality Inn was quiet, clean, and comfortable, just right for a restful night. Great service and a peaceful setting. I’d stay here again.

The complimentary breakfast was a joke, just waffles, cold cereal, and toast. The hallways were cold, and the lobby TV was really loud. We couldn’t find ice because the machine was unplugged, and in our second room all we could smell was marijuana or cigarette smoke. After we mentioned it, they sprayed something when we returned from dinner, but it only covered the smell a little. We had to move rooms because the TV in the first one wouldn’t turn on, and staff couldn’t fix it because something wasn’t connected in the wall. The room we’d reserved through the site wasn’t available when we arrived. The pool and hot tub were under construction because the hotel had been bought out, and the putt-putt golf wasn’t open either, though I’m not sure why since it didn’t look like it was being worked on. I wouldn’t stay again, even after renovations.

Everything was clean and in order, and the manager was so kind. The staff were friendly, respectful, and very helpful. I had a perfect stay at this very good hotel last week, and I’ll be back soon. Highly recommend. Thank you all so much.
