A Victory Inn - Roseville

The office staff were pretty nice, and aside from a couple of things, the stay wasn't bad. The internet was the worst, though. Switching to Dish or DirecTV is always a mistake.

We ended up moving rooms, but the second one still had cockroaches, a cracked window, and the same electrical problems with the plugs. At least it didn't have bullet holes. The first room had those, with glass all over the bed, roaches crawling around, and outlets that barely worked. Looking at the mattresses in both rooms, bed bugs were definite. I'm very disappointed. It was a horrible stay, and I wouldn't give the place a single star. Honestly, it should be shut down, though who knows if that will ever happen.

I couldn't stay in this room. It stank, and there were stains and tears everywhere, holes all over, and spiderwebs hanging from the ceiling. An inch-thick layer of dust was next to and under the bed, and there were cookies and dead bugs in the drawers. The bathroom mirror looked like it hadn't been cleaned since 1965. The ancient heater was incredibly loud. I can't believe they charge $75 a night, and it makes sense they won't refund you after ten minutes when they know how disgusting these rooms are. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. Not worth it.

Roaches all over, broken faucets, and only cold water. The staff are awful and always rude. A cleaning lady has tried to fight people before, and she's still there. Just an awful place.
