Best Western Plus Orchid Hotel & Suites

Paul and Carol made a big difference during our stay. They were kind, professional, and upbeat, and clearly take pride in looking after guests. Because of them, it felt welcoming and comfortable, not just like somewhere to sleep. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again. Big thanks to Paul and Carol.

The hotel seemed fine in general, but the walls between rooms are thin enough that you can hear what’s going on next door. One of the three nights, noisy neighbors kept me from resting properly until 2 AM. That depends more on the people staying there than on the hotel.

The location worked well for me, close to restaurants and meeting venues, and breakfast was fresh and convenient when I was busy. Check in was quick, and the staff were courteous and professional. My room was clean and quiet, with reliable Wi-Fi and a desk setup that let me work comfortably. I’d stay here again for work or a family trip.

The room was okay, but there were yellow stains on the pillows, and the heater leaked water, leaving the floor wet often. Noise was an issue too. It’s by a busy road, and the walls are thin. Our car was vandalized, with two tires either slashed or deflated by someone who had enough time to do it. The security person, who was supposed to drive around the parking lot all night, didn’t notice. The staff were frustrating to deal with over the situation. I’d avoid this place if possible.
