We came for a concert at Mcmenamins Grand Lodge and had a great stay. The house was wonderful, the room was lovely, and the bed was really comfortable. Marilyn and Larry made us feel so welcome, and Larry cooked an amazing breakfast. I’d stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Casale feels like a little piece of Tuscany. Marilyn knows the surrounding area well and is gracious with her suggestions for cycling, wineries, and places to eat. Her breakfasts were delicious and had real foodie quality, and her homemade granola was the best I’ve had. We’ll be back!

The grounds are beautiful, with farmland all around, and the B&B itself is appointed like an Italian villa. There are no kids or pets, which made the stay especially peaceful, and the bed was very comfortable. The couple who host it are wonderful, warm people. Breakfast was lovely: Italian Eggs Benedict, granola, yogurt, fruit, a sweet roll, and strong coffee. We’ll definitely return.

The quiet countryside setting was the highlight of our trip to Northwest Oregon. Outside, we could sit among the clover fields, flowering shrubs, and birds, or by the outdoor fireplace. Inside, the downstairs has big open windows looking out over the land and mountains, plus a den for TV, games, or just relaxing. The hosts, Marolyn and Larry, made us feel like family and served an incredible breakfast made fresh, so save room. This is a home, not a typical B&B. The hosts live here, with two nice upstairs rooms available, each with its own bathroom. You arrive through a roundabout with a large Tuscan fountain and are greeted by a lovely hostess. We’d recommend it to anyone who needs to get away!
