SpringHill Suites by Marriott Roanoke

About two hours into our drive to PA the next day, I realized I'd left my keepsake ring on the table beside the bed. It was the only thing I own that belonged to my mother, and I was heartsick. I called the hotel, housekeeping checked the room and, incredibly, found it. Management mailed it to me, and it arrived two days later. I'll always remember their kindness and professionalism, and we'll be back. We'd booked a room here in March and were thrilled by the TVs, bar and great menu. We love March Madness and were hungry, too. Our suite was spacious and spotless, with two more TVs so we could watch all the games. Treat yourself to a stay with a hotel you can trust and enjoy.

I made a reservation at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Roanoke for someone else, and the staff were helpful and kind throughout. They answered questions clearly and made the whole process easy and accommodating. I wasn't the guest, but the professionalism stood out and booking felt smooth and pleasant.

We got tickets for a Christmas play downtown Roanoke, and this hotel was ideally located. Check-in could have gone better, but the bartender and host was friendly and seemed to know the area. We tried the Margherita Flatbread and Onion rings, and both were lovely. We'll definitely return.

I had surgery at Carilion Roanoke, and since we live 2.5 hours away, we needed somewhere to stay. SpringHill is very conveniently located and offers a hospital discount. The rooms are clean and modern, with a small seating area and a second TV so you don't have to watch shows from bed. The self-serve breakfast was good. They have a pool, though I didn't check it out. I had a very good experience there.
