There were bits of chips and almonds on the floor, so I slept on top of the covers. The young woman at the desk had a stern expression and was curt. If this is all you can afford, sleep in your car and save your money.

The location worked perfectly for us, with easy access on and off the freeway. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had all the supplies we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and breakfast was more than adequate. Highly recommend!

Rita and Carl helped us sort out an early departure for four of the six people on our golf trip. They managed it without charging us for the fifth night, even though they didn't have to do that. Really helpful.

After an 18-hour drive, we arrived after 9 p.m. on Dec 13 and were meant to stay one night, but left at midnight. Check-in was disappointing: the front desk wasn’t welcoming, and our key hadn’t been activated. The first room looked used and smelled awful. The second smelled unclean too, but after several trips back to the desk, we had no choice but to try airing it out ourselves. The room was in poor shape, with worn furniture, debris under the bed including condiment packets, and an iron that didn’t work. The elevator kept malfunctioning and getting stuck, so staff had to restart it multiple times. We also found crawling insects by the microwave, then saw flying roaches on the ceiling and landing on the bed around midnight. It made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable, and was unacceptable. Expedia advertised this as a 4-star property, which felt very misleading after our stay. I would not recommend it.
