Holiday Inn Express and Suites Brentwood North Nas

We live locally and stayed here with many others after an ice storm left our homes without power for several days. The elevator was out for renovation, and the hotel doesn’t have many amenities, but those weren’t what we needed. Our room was clean, the beds comfortable, and breakfast was good. The front desk team was amazing, especially Jasmine, Haley, and Krystal. They were also staying at the hotel instead of home, but still greeted us with smiles and answered questions and helped however they could. They gave us a ground-level room because my elderly father struggles with stairs. When we needed to extend our stay and the room they expected to move us to was two floors up, they rearranged things so he wouldn’t have to use the stairs. I’m very grateful and would stay here again anytime. Those ladies deserve a bonus!

During the 2026 ice storm, this hotel was a lifesaver. The day before the storm, the staff left their families and moved into the hotel, staying with us the whole time and bringing positive energy. When the systems were down, the manager took our reservation over the phone. They even let everyone bring pets, despite the hotel normally not being pet friendly. The location is great, with easy access to Target and other shops. Fulins has the best Asian food in town, and there’s a Waffle House across the street. Don’t pay $500 a night downtown. You can stay here for much less and be a 15-minute ride into town.

Our reservation got mixed up when we arrived in Nashville on Friday, so the staff at the first Holiday Inn helped arrange a room at another one a few miles south. When we got there, Brittany was wonderful and made sure we were taken care of. Everyone was helpful and professional. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The fitness room was clean and up to date, and the breakfast bar was clean and well stocked. The only small drawback was having just one elevator, which was a little slow. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay, and I’d highly recommend this hotel for a night or a few days.

Britney and Greg at the front desk made me feel comfortable from check-in. They were professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about guests. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and well stocked. Yasmin, the breakfast attendant, was amazing and made sure everyone felt welcome and looked after each morning. My room was spotless, roomy, and comfortable, and housekeeping clearly takes pride in keeping things inviting. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and I’d gladly return.
