Scott was easy to reach and quick to help. Our group of 10, four adults and six kids 10yo and younger, had everything we needed in the condo for our annual Brianhead ski trip. It was clean, spacious enough for everyone to do their own thing, and the kitchen was well stocked. The underground parking was really convenient. The ski-in/ski-out access wasn't practical for our group with six kids, so we drove to and from the resort instead. That wasn't a big deal for us, and we still had a great time.

We spent four nights in Copper Chase Royal Queen Suite, Condo #228 (Brian Head, UT), and want to share what we found. The location and shared facilities, including the pool, spa and sauna, are appealing, and the property generally has good reviews. Still, several things didn't match the listing for a three-bedroom condo. The third bedroom isn't a separate, usable room. You enter it through the master bedroom, and its glass panel gives no privacy. It's tiny, has no proper storage or working power, and had visible water damage. An access panel stuffed with toilet paper also made it feel unfinished and unsuitable for sleeping. There were other problems throughout: the second bedroom's bunk bed wobbled with any movement and seemed suitable only for a very small child, while that room's drawers came off their hinges easily. The master bathroom faucet dripped and didn't provide proper water flow. A towel rail was missing, leaving holes exposed in the wall. An overfilled closet of old, unused items took up space, and the kitchen fridge's water filter didn't work. When we raised these issues, the owner brushed them off, saying it was a “great place” with plenty of demand instead of addressing the maintenance and listing concerns. I hope the description gets updated and the maintenance improves so future guests can make an informed choice.

The room was great, with a full kitchen. We can ski out in winter, then enjoy the pool and jacuzzi after we get back. Having covered, heated parking beneath the building is so nice.

After a full day of skiing, our family loved unwinding in the spa and heated pool. We had a wonderful stay at Copper Chase.

Scott was a big help finding accommodations that worked for us. The penthouse was clean and well equipped, with room for everyone, and the kids loved the attic play area. The shared spaces could use some updating.
