I barely slept, getting only three or four hours with everything going on. The walls were very thin, traffic came through all night because the AC stopped working, and an extremely noisy family upstairs ran and jumped around from 10pm until midnight. There's also a flashing blue light at the AC vent that blinked every millisecond. I tried covering it, but the light shone through everything. The toilet stopped flushing after one use and dripped constantly from the back, so I had to shut off the water and couldn't really use the bathroom. The shower had been dripping too, though it took seconds to turn it off. At checkout, the morning auditor seemed not to understand the problems I was describing and acted like they didn't matter. The night auditor had been great and got me my key right away. I love Marriott hotels, but this was my worst experience there and I won't come back.

My usual hotel in the area was booked, so I tried this place for the first time while traveling for work. The room was very clean, and the woman working the front desk at night was really sweet. I had a great stay and would consider coming back.

The room was spacious and breakfast had a nice range of choices. The front desk service was great from the moment we arrived, especially from assistant manager Chris, who was very helpful when we needed a few small things sorted out. I'd definitely stay again when visiting the St Louis area.

The room was adequate, and the front desk service was average. The location feels isolated, though it's conveniently close to the airport. The real problem was the paper thin walls. My neighbor talked on his phone all night, and I could hear every word of the conversation at 3am. If you're a light sleeper, this hotel is a bad fit.
