The after-party worked out so well in the lobby bar. It was attractive, roomy enough for our guests, and the bartenders were kind and happy to join the fun. The hotel also arranged catering from Tommy's Tap & Tavern next door, with heat lamps and serving dishes ready. The food was great, and it was so convenient. Nina kept our wedding room block organized, checked in with me, and was quick to help whenever I needed her. The modern rooms were lovely and clean, and our guests had great things to say about the hotel staff. One note: breakfast the next morning cost $18 per person, and shuttle service wasn't included, though the hotel suggested a few companies to check. We'd choose the AC hotel again in a heartbeat. 10/10.

It’s become a birthday tradition to come here, and I’ve returned for three years now. Everyone, from housekeeping and valet to security and the front desk, helps me and my loved ones feel welcome, safe, and comfortable. The rooms are always clean, beautiful, and well cared for. The front desk greets you with a smile, and the staff are kind and attentive throughout each visit. I’m already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommend if you want a relaxed, welcoming stay.

The room was so comfortable, clean, and beautiful, and the shower stood out enough that I took photos of its fixtures and amenities for ideas at home. We arrived early and the front office team let us check in straightaway. They mentioned our sixth-floor room was just below the rooftop bar and checked that we were okay with possible noise until 1 a.m. We barely heard anything, but appreciated the warning. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were in town for friends’ wedding in Hillsborough, and I’d happily stay here again when I visit them.

Karla at the front desk made my late arrival easy. I couldn't stay at a nearby hotel, but she welcomed me warmly and got me checked in quickly and smoothly, taking care of what I needed. The room was a delight, especially the rainfall showerhead and dimmer lights. A great start.

The beds are comfortable, the rooms have plenty of space, and everything is clean. We’ve stayed here many times and wouldn’t choose another place. The team is professional and engaging, and the staff and management are the best. It’s a lovely hotel if you want a getaway with good food and drinks 🍸. We’ll keep coming back and have recommended it to friends and family.
