Miss Kelsey was wonderful during my Holiday Inn stay. From arrival, she was welcoming, professional, and truly helpful, making sure everything was handled and the visit went smoothly. Her upbeat attitude and attention to detail stood out and made a real difference. The hotel is lucky to have employees like her, and I really appreciate the excellent service.

We had a great night’s sleep. We forgot to tell staff ahead of time that we’re allergic to feather pillows, but late at night Kelsey immediately and kindly swapped them for us. The hotel was in excellent condition and well maintained. Our room was great, with a comfortable bed and pillows and an excellent shower. Breakfast offered good quality food and lots of variety, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful.

Michelle in the breakfast area was the star of the place. She was so sweet and upbeat, and honestly made my whole morning. The Holiday Inn Express was really clean and comfortable too. The shower could use some texture, though, because it’s super slippery.

The staff were amazing, truly some of the nicest people I could ask for. They helped with my disability accommodations without making me feel judged, and went above and beyond in the ways they could. From the GM and front desk to the housekeepers, especially the head housekeeper, they were all good people who showed real hospitality and humanity. If you see this, thank you for helping me!

Cleanliness is my first check, and this hotel passed it. The entrance, front office, hallways, and rooms were all clean. The front office woman was busy on the phone, but still made time to check me in and talk with me. Great customer service.
