Quality Inn & Suites Bristol North

After a couple of exhausting days on the road, Jarel at the front desk was a real relief. He was patient and helpful while checking us in. We’re glad we picked this Quality Inn from the options along our route. Thanks, Jarel!

For the price, this was a great find. After a rough experience at the La Quinta in Kingsport, we were close to giving up and sleeping in the car. Then we saw a warm smile from Ms. Dee on Google and decided to try the Quality Inn. There she was at check-in, smiling just as warmly, with Kamini welcoming us too. Kamini understood how our previous stay had gone and went out of her way to make things right. After nine hours on the road, those small kindnesses mattered a lot. Room 318 felt like a home away from home. It was so clean that our white socks stayed clean as we walked around. The bathroom was spacious and spotless, and we could see our vehicle from the room, which was reassuring while traveling. Breakfast was great too, though the orange juice was watered down and they were out of apple juice. The hotel is also very close to the casino. We’d happily stay here again.

We mainly needed somewhere to sleep, so the small room was fine. The staff at the front desk were especially welcoming and made it easy to ask for anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, and the place gave us shelter from the thunderstorms moving in.

The room felt small even for one person, and that was my only complaint. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and quiet. Nice restaurants are nearby. I’d definitely recommend it.
