The room was beautiful, with tasteful decor, and the service was outstanding. James at the front desk was especially thoughtful and such a gentleman. He went out of his way to make sure the room was the way I wanted it. Thanks to Sessions and James! Don't miss a chance to stay here.

James at the front desk took great care of me and provided exceptional customer service. The rooftop bar is great, and there's a good BBQ restaurant in the adjacent building. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel, especially if you want to experience downtown Bristol. I'll definitely stay again.

We both loved the hotel from the start, even before going inside. It was just as advertised, with plenty of parking and great nearby food. We picked the larger room and were glad we did: it was roomy, had both a shower and bathtub, and a very comfortable bed. My girlfriend and I left already eager to come back.

We spent one night here on the way to Asheville, and this was easily the best Tribute Marriott hotel we've stayed at. James greeted us at check-in, was very friendly, and shared some recommendations. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel is in Virgina, but you can walk across the street into Bristol, TN. There are several bars and restaurants in town, though many close early, around 9-10 PM. There's also a rooftop bar at the hotel, and every room has a record player with records available in the lobby.

James gave us a wonderfully warm welcome when we arrived at the lobby and shared lots of information, including a tip about a local bakery. We also had a couple of those “six degrees of separation” moments once he found out where we live. The room was fantastic and showed what a boutique hotel can be: everything felt unique. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had both a rain shower head and a handle. The hotel is close to major roads and the Hard Rock Casino, and Southern Craft is right on the property. We had a great breakfast there. It's clear how much this place exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend staying here.
