The staff were so friendly and helpful. When we couldn’t find a luggage cart in the pouring rain, someone at the front desk offered to go look for one while we stayed warm and dry. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen that had everything needed to cook. The beds were really comfy, with tons of pillows, which I love. Great place for a very reasonable price. I’d definitely recommend it.

We’re enjoying our stay at WMGleneden and plan to come back. The property is clean and well maintained, and the staff are nice. There’s a good ocean view, easy beach access, and a large pool and hot tub that are easy to get to.

We’d been coming here as a family for years, and it used to be amazing. We wrote off the previous disappointing stay as a fluke, but the latest one confirmed that things have gone downhill. Staff were rude, dismissive, and pushy about selling membership points. I’d been considering more points until we were treated so poorly. We spent extra points for a more “desirable” room but somehow ended up in the basement by the back parking lot again. It smelled bad, had a crummy view, a broken window that wouldn’t open, and a living room TV that didn’t work. When we asked to move if another room opened during our weeklong stay, they said nobody in our room category was checking out then. It feels like they don’t care about owners unless they think they can sell them more shares. They also insisted we give them our credit card information to attend a sales pitch luncheon. I had to say, “No, I’m not giving you my credit card info!” before the man finally backed off and let us leave the lobby. I’m heartbroken that a place with so many warm, wonderful family memories has become so money hungry and shabby.

It’s a timeshare property in a beautiful location, and most units face the ocean. Stairs make it easy to get down to the beach. Tide tables are provided so you can avoid getting caught when high tide comes in.
