I stayed here while traveling through the area on June 20 2026 and paid a premium, hoping to relax and watch TV. The TV didn't work. I called the front desk twice, but they couldn't resolve it. When I checked out, I asked for a discount and was told the Manager would call. I still haven't heard anything. I spend over 150 nights a year in hotels and am a Diamond member. Very disappointed by the lack of response. With customer service like this, I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

The queen beds in 221 weren't very comfortable, and the place could use some updating. The pool is about half the size I expected for a Hampton, so one or two families fill it up quickly. Breakfast started about five minutes late, but everything was hot, clean, and fully stocked. The chocolate waffle mix was a hit with my kids. I also like that the main doors lock at 11, so you need a key card to get in. The smaller-than-usual size surprised me, honestly.

We hit a whiteout snowstorm late at night in April while driving back from an AAU tournament in Ohio and needed somewhere to stay fast. Heather at the front desk was incredible, so friendly and accommodating, and went out of her way to make us comfortable. We're so grateful for her kindness.

The tub wouldn't drain, which was the one bad part of the stay. They offered to come fix it, but our dog was in the room, so they couldn't come in. The five of us and our dog otherwise had a great time. Breakfast was delicious, the hot tub was relaxing, and the service was excellent. The ladies working there really bust their buts. We'll stay here again.

I stayed this weekend and had such a great time that I was ready to switch and use it permanently. Then I heard about how Hilton was treating Federal agents and ICE. Hell no. Hilton's leadership should all be fired for allowing that. Updating my review now that the franchise responsible has been removed from Hilton.
