The people I briefly dealt with were nice, including when I got my refund. I noticed bed bugs in my room before putting anything down. The hotel also smells like cigarettes and weed as soon as you walk in.

The free breakfast is a joke, with no hot food, and NESN wasn’t included even though it was the end of Red Sox season. Don’t worry about the bugs, I just kicked one out into the hallway :). The place is dirty and sticky, with basic hospitality failing all around. The main thing is to make sure the rooms are clean. The last person’s hair was all over the bathroom, and the floors were so sticky it felt like they used the same mop water in every room.

I paid $188 and couldn't use the room. It was filthy, with trash everywhere, bodily fluids, stains, drugs and drug paraphernalia. I couldn't take my shoes off, sit down, or sleep there. When I asked the front desk for another room, the employee said none were available. I asked how that could be when the parking lot had no cars and there wasn't a person in sight. He said he couldn't do anything and told me to speak to the manager in the morning. I did, and mentioned that a child getting hold of the drug paraphernalia would have made this a much bigger issue. The manager apologized, and I left. I got neither a refund nor a new room or any real acknowledgment. That's completely unacceptable. I hate to handle things this way, but I have a big social media following and am about to post the photos and videos.

The location was the only reason this gets 2/5. The rooms smelled of cigarettes, the keys kept failing, and the hotel needs to be cleaner. We asked to move because of the smell and were taken through three different rooms. None of them was clean. Without the location, I'd give it 1/5.
