Broken Bow Inn and RV Park

We were meant to stay two nights in room 206, but left after the room was found unlocked twice, once when we arrived and again in the afternoon after it had locked itself in the morning. The door wasn't secure unless you used the deadbolt, so the key card was basically useless. There were dead beetles in the room too. We reported it and asked for only a partial refund, but they ignored us. Don't leave anything valuable in your unit if you stay here. They don't care about your safety or belongings.

The manager was rude from the start. At check-in, he canceled my reservation because he said he doesn't rent to locals. I'm staying in town, but my husband lives and works out of state, so he had to come rent the room. Money is money, and I should be able to book a room to see my husband once a month. The next day, my kids came by to visit and were gone by 8. I'd already told the manager it was just the two of us staying, but he came knocking to ask how many people were in the room. He said he was only wondering because there was one bed. Excuse me, sir. If they'd stayed, I would have paid for a bigger room. Get it together.

We all got a relaxing night's sleep. We came as a big group, and the team did a great job arranging our rooms. Since we were with family, they proactively switched the smoking rooms to non-smoking ones. They also made a common area available for dinner. Thanks.

Our King Room had lots of space, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is within 15 miles of attractions and restaurants if you don't want to go to the ones closer by.
