Residence Inn NYC The Bronx at Metro Center Atrium

The location made getting into NYC easy, with LA Fitness in the same building and Chipotle nearby for a quick meal. The property feels spotless and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast is hot, fresh, and outstanding every morning. Rooms are clean and spacious, and the studio suites worked perfectly for two adults and two children, with room to relax and feel at home. Doneshia leads the kitchen staff and gives top-notch service with a VIP touch. You can tell how much pride and care they put into their work. If I could give the Residence Inn Marriott more than five stars, I would. It's by far the best hotel in the Bronx, and one of the best in the city. Highly recommend this gem.

I was in town for a funeral, and the room was beautiful and very well kept. The young woman at the desk was kind, efficient, and really sweet when I checked in. She also knew the answers to my questions about food nearby. I work for Marriott myself, and it's always nice to be treated with the same kindness and respect I give my own guests.

This is my favorite hotel for work trips. It's easy to get around much of NYC from here, and there's plenty of free parking, so coming and going is simple. The rooms are huge compared with some places 10-15 minutes away. Having a kitchen and apartment-size fridge makes longer stays easier. The staff are very friendly, and I highly recommend it for work travel.

My family was here for a funeral, and the staff were thoughtful enough to give us a condolences card. I'm almost 60 and have stayed at plenty of hotels across the country, but this was easily the best. Next time I need a hotel, wherever I'm going, I'll be looking for a Residence Inn.
