Best Western Airport Inn & Suites Cleveland

Housekeeping isn't automatic every day, but you can ask for it when you want, which I liked since it meant fewer interruptions. The location made it easy to reach nearby places, too. I stayed five days and found everything clean, organized, and well maintained. It was quiet enough to relax and sleep well. I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back.

It's 3:28 am and I'm too tired to write much, but Angelina deserves a shout out. After a rough night of flight delays and a closed car rental place, she was thoughtful, kind, and accommodating. The hotel is clean, and the room is spacious for the price. Thank you!

The coffee machine had no cups, the suite had only two towels and half a roll of toilet paper, and there was no soap in the shower dispenser. I had to ask for more. The hallway smelled strongly of weed, and I'm definitely not coming back. Room 211 was one of the dirtiest I've ever seen at a Best Western. The hallways and elevators were filthy, and one photo was of the buildup behind the bed. This kind of dirt comes from months without cleaning, not the previous guest or bad luck. I don't need a fancy or updated room; basic cleanliness is all I ask, and it's the easiest thing for a hotel to provide. Management should be ashamed and replaced. We were there only three hours before being made to leave, and they still won't refund us or answer my calls once they hear my name. I contacted booking.com and their HR, but nobody has helped. My daughter's 9th birthday was ruined, and the whole thing was humiliating. I feel like this location basically robbed me. We chose the hotel for the pool and had called ahead about the guest policy. The woman said it would be fine as long as guests didn't stay. Me and my three children arrived at 3, an hour early after calling and being told we could, and we were there by ourselves until about 4:30. At 5:30, EVANS at the front desk came to our door asking for a $150 deposit, which hadn't been mentioned at check-in. I refused. Fifteen minutes later, three police officers knocked. They said she had reported 17 grown adults in the room. They laughed when they saw the kids. The floors were dirty when I came in, and honestly the room felt depressing. I'll never stay here again or deal with booking.com.
