Super 8 by Wyndham Brook Park Cleveland

I went through three rooms, 120, 219, and 321, and every one was horrible and smelly. The sheets were stained, the mattresses had burn holes despite the rooms being supposed to be non-smoking, and there was trash under the beds. The bottom of one bed was torn off. The shower leaked, and no amenities were provided. They refused a refund, so I'm out $65. What a waste of money. Zero stars.

I barely slept all night. It was a dirty, scary place and the worst hotel stay I've had. The online pictures are very misleading. I booked one weekend night during a flight layover. I'm not picky, but this place was gross and disgusting. The location is the only thing I'd give five stars for, everything else gets zero. There are hotels across the street and a block away. Pay a little more for some peace of mind. Please be warned, don't book here.

After traveling 14+ hours, the hotel we originally booked was closed, so we checked in here and got a room that didn't meet expectations. Room 309 was freezing when we arrived, with dirty linens and pillowcases. Thank goodness I brought my own pillow. The bedspread was thin, there were no hand towels or washcloths, and there was hair around the non-working TV. The remote was missing its battery cover. There were cups, lids, and creamer packets for coffee, but no coffee. The beds were hard as rocks, and food crumbs were on the floor. At check-in, employees had no masks and were gathered behind the desk discussing a medical incident from shortly before we arrived. There was no barrier between us and them. One employee started smoking or vaping in front of us. They directed us to the elevator, which was out of service because medical professionals had needed it, though they'd already left. We had to take the back stairs, covered in snow and ice, and climb three flights to our room. I paid $300 for this? Pray for us.

The last night, my mom and niece woke up itching. My mom saw a bedbug, and they both had bites on their legs. For what the rooms cost, it wasn't worth it even without the bedbugs. I can't believe this place is still open. The rooms weren't clean when we arrived, and we had to change our own beds. My sister's room had marks on the walls that looked like blood, though staff said it was nail polish. They moved her to another room, but there was no heat. She had my 3-month-old nephew with her, so we switched rooms again. Since it was winter and cold outside, they gave us a space heater. The ceiling also looked like it might fall onto the bed.
