We made a last-minute switch to this hotel while in town for the weekend of Oct 10th and 11th, and it was a home run. Victoria was working the front desk when we arrived and checked out, and her customer service was amazing. The rooms were modern and clean. We loved the stay and highly recommend it. Keep up the good work!

I’m here for a business conference, and the room has everything I need: a fridge and microwave, a great workspace, a huge TV, and a comfortable bed and pillows. It’s super clean too. Bottled water costs $2. The hotel is easy to get around, nicely decorated, and clean. Its spot just off 94 and Bluemound is convenient, but being set back from the busy roads also makes it quiet. The woman who checked me in was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The room was ready by 11 am, which was a nice surprise since we’d requested an early check-in. Great location, clean and quiet, with a very helpful front desk team.

There’s ample parking and a nice outdoor seating area. The room was great, the hotel feels clean and newer, and breakfast was good. The front desk woman could use a little practice checking people in, but all in all, it was a pretty good stay.

Great room and location, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby and the baseball field not too far away. Everything else was great, but I gave service two stars because the shampoo and conditioner were missing when I arrived. I reported it on the first day and was told they’d be refilled. They still weren’t there the next day; I asked again, but nobody ever came.
