Susan stayed in touch before we arrived and followed through on everything she said. She was quick to help when we needed anything. The room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked, and restaurants and stores were close by. We were in town for Boston U graduation and the inn was about half a mile from the arena. Perfect for our weekend in the Boston area. I highly recommend the Samuel Sewell Inn to anyone staying in Brookline.

Susan was a delight as our hostess, and it was such a nice change from the usual run of hotels. The old Boston building has been beautifully preserved, with lovely interior decor that shows real respect for the house's history. Everything was exceptionally well maintained. We'd definitely return if we're back in Boston.

Breakfast on the front porch was a lovely start to the day, fresh bread and jam with coffee while we watched the world wake up. Our room had plenty of space and was set up just right for the two of us, with very comfortable accommodations. This is one of the best bed-and-breakfast places we've stayed in. Service and communication have both been first rate. We'd highly recommend it.

Susan made us feel very welcome and was easy to work with. The hotel is just a short walk from the T station, too. I don't know when I'll be back in Boston, but I know where I'll stay next time. A cozy option for a visit to the area.

The hallways are so charming, and nights are quiet enough for a really good sleep. I feel at home here. The Samuel Sewall Inn is open, and I found a room to rent for a month. It's only been a day, but I'm already in love with the owners, the property manager, the room, and the facilities. It's like an old mansion, full of personality and bold decor. Around 15 minutes from Downtown Boston, give or take. A great place if you're traveling, in a life transition, or just need somewhere to stay around town. Thank you Luciana and team!
