David from the hotel staff made my stay comfortable and welcoming. He was courteous, attentive, and professional throughout. He handled every request promptly, and his dedication to guest satisfaction really stood out.

There was black mold on my bathroom ceiling, so I reported it to the front desk and asked for another room and a refund. The clueless clerk planned to have the maid clean it. He called maintenance instead, and they replaced the tile without cleaning anything. I’d steer clear of this place.

The general manager or manager gave great customer service, which was the only good thing. The rooms are old, dirty, and dingy, almost not livable. I can’t speak for the other people working at the front desk.

I’m extremely disappointed and hurt by how this has been handled. The customer service was unprofessional, and I feel like I’m being scammed. I work hard for my money, and what should have been a short vacation with my three year old son, who has asthma, turned into me pushing him from place to place trying to get my refund. I had no choice but to sleep in my car with him. When I arrived, I expected a clean, safe hotel. The place and area felt unsafe and unacceptable, especially with a young child. Anything could have happened to us, so I left. The front desk told me last night to call Booking.com for the refund, saying that it was fine and Booking.com had called the hotel last night, and that I’d only have to pay the cancellation fee. Then I was told to wait until 3 p.m. the next day to speak with a manager. I’m asking for basic human decency and a full refund. Don’t offer a discount, partial refund, or credit. I want all my money back. I really don’t want to take legal action, but I will if necessary. Please do the right thing.
