I’m picky about hotels because I used to work in the business, and this one was a great choice for my visit to KeyBank. The place seems well maintained and the staff were pleasant. The room was comfortable, clean, modern, and well equipped. Everything worked properly, including the TV and video. I couldn’t find much to complain about, except that NewsNation wasn’t available, a small thing. Breakfast had good options, it was peaceful and cozy, and nice restaurants and everything else I needed were within walking distance. I really enjoyed staying here and would book again.

I’m a Diamond member and stay at Hilton properties hundreds of times. Leigh at the front desk was the rudest worker I’ve encountered at Hilton. As soon as we pulled into the lot with our truck and trailer, she came out yelling and arguing with us about moving it five spaces down, even though it would take up the same number of spaces. She was still rude at the desk afterward. The room doesn’t work, and the pool towels are very poor quality. I’d recommend firing and replacing Leigh. She’ll only drive customers away. She’s a disgrace to Hilton, and I hope you enjoyed the job, Leigh, because you won’t have it for long.

The best part of this new building is basically the sales staff, who are really nailing hospitality and setting the standard for the new people coming on. Great job, guys. Nobody on the team stands out individually, because they’re all doing their part. This was the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. Till next time, Hampton inn.

Nikki was kind and did her best to help, but asking us whether we wanted to change rooms felt wrong when we weren’t the ones causing the problem. The guests next door were loud and belligerent from Friday into Saturday, making it hard for my wife and me to sleep during our three-night birthday and Valentine’s Day weekend. My wife even called the police to ask them to quiet down, but they didn’t respect the request. We didn’t use the pool because it was so crowded we couldn’t see the bottom. The staff weren’t helpful overall, and after this experience we won’t stay here again. We want a quieter, more intimate hotel next time. I’d like a refund for what I paid because of the inconvenience.

The night manager was amazing, and the area was nice. Our stay was okay, but the power went out about 30 minutes after we checked in and nobody seemed to know what to do. There were no emergency lights, especially on the stairs. People were drinking in the pool, which was addressed. The night manager also noticed unattended kids in the pool area and took care of it.
