The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room felt recently updated with plenty of space. Breakfast was small but tasty enough. The pool water was warm and the room was comfortably hot, though it smelled strongly musty, almost like mold. At night the lighting was so dim it felt creepy, and shipping containers blocked the windows and the mountain view. The beds were firmer than I like, and the pillows went flat quickly. The shower pressure was fantastic, but the water turned ice cold fast. Still, it's a solid value for the price, with a clean, updated room.

The room was great, despite the worn carpet in the corridor making me worry at first. The bedding was clean, the mattress comfortable, the tiled floor and bathroom were very clean, and the TV was big enough to watch without squinting. Check-in was quick and friendly, and I was tempted by the huge pool as soon as I arrived, even though I don't usually like public pools. The weekend rate was reasonable, and there are restaurants, gas stations, and stores nearby.

We only needed somewhere to sleep, so we stayed, but the smell in the room nearly made me throw up. Another guest said their room smelled the same. It seemed like years of cigarette smoke trapped in the carpet. Pull that carpet up. Worst hotel experience I've had. Spend a little more and stay elsewhere.

The pool area was excellent, and everything from check-in to finding the room was easy. The room was very clean and well kept, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were great. The TV was a good size with plenty of channels. The shower fixtures need updating, though. The shower head startled my girlfriend because the function acted haunted. More towels and some updates in the pool area would help, but it was a busy weekend with quite a few guests. Overall, a very good stay, and I'd come back.
