After driving 10 hours, I was exhausted and didn't notice the smell until morning. When I woke up, I could smell pee on myself and in my hair. I pulled the mattress cover off and found a huge, stinky urine stain near where your head goes. I'm still confused how that stain got there. Check under the cover, not just at the sheets. I showered, got home, and showered again, but could still smell the piss in my hair. I don't know how housekeeping missed it. This place is disgusting, and I hope they throw the bed away. My family and I had stopped for the night while traveling through.

The entrance looks great, and the hotel has potential, but the room needs real housekeeping. I wanted to take a bath tonight, but the tub had dirt and scum from the previous guests, so I'm not even going to shower here. It looks like all they did was change the bedsheets. Clean the rooms properly and this place could instantly be five stars. It's that simple.

The room was perfectly adequate, but the flooring on the second floor was taped up as if it needed fixing or replacing. A sign said the pool had been out of order since September. I'm not sure whether that meant the indoor or outdoor pool. Breakfast had no protein, which was disappointing.

Our room on the second floor was nasty, and the taped-up floor was squishy and needs repair. The bathroom was filthy, with long dark hairs all over the bath and shower. The yellow, stained shower curtain was covered in hairs too, and it looked like nobody had cleaned the shower. There were weird brown marks on the bathroom floor, and all the baseboards were dusty and grimy, like they hadn't been cleaned in a year. We had two towels for four people. The pillows were old and lumpy, with only three on each bed, which was odd. The outlets beside the bed didn't work. The wall fixtures had strange splatter marks, and there was weird stuff on the ceiling. Breakfast was disgusting. Every surface was dirty and there was very little to choose from. Mold covered the fan in the fridge with the water, juice, and milk, blowing right at the water pitcher and everything inside. The biscuits and gravy from the crock pot were so gross we spit them out. The juice dispenser drip tray was full of chunky liquid even though we went early, so it didn't seem like it was from that morning. There was an unattended child running around the lobby, maybe a worker's child, but we're not sure. The worker wasn't around much, and when she was, she was on her personal phone. The phone rang several times while we ate and nobody answered. There was no hand soap in the lobby bathroom on check-in night or when we checked out, which probably means employees aren't washing their hands properly. This place needs a health inspection. The sign says to let them know how to make things right. I'd say refund us and get an inspection. Don't stay here.
