Sean was usually at the desk and was fantastic, and everyone else, from housekeeping to the front desk, treated me wonderfully too. The bed and pillows were comfortable, so I had a nice stay. Thanks to everyone who looked after me. I’ll stay here again when I’m back.

We got coffee in the morning when most of the continental breakfast had run out and no one seemed to be replenishing it. It tasted more like tea, and the “robust” flavor choice was a mistake. The room was tidy at first glance, though there was dirt, hair, and food scattered around. The TV worked, and the bed was somewhat comfortable. Our AC ran well until it overloaded the circuit and shut off in the middle of the night. Route 98 noise carried on constantly, which could bother light sleepers. A mixed bag for a budget motel.

At 2:30 in the morning, Theresa greeted me at the desk with an 8am smile. Booking through a third party for the first time could have been a hassle, but she made it efficient and even enjoyable. Her sincere, energetic welcome made a real difference. She gave me directions and local insight, and helped find a room that met my disability needs. I’m here to pay respects to my friend soon, and Theresa really stepped up during this 24-hour turnaround. Thank you!

I ended up using the room just to cool off and shower during the day. At night I’m eating and sleeping in my truck. One bed had sex remains all over it, the TV had no signal, and the fridge was disgusting. The microwave was gross too. I asked the man if he could get the TV working and find a better fridge. I showed him photos of the first fridge, and he brought in another one. I have pictures of both. I’m a Black truck driver, and my truck’s AC went out, which is why I came here. Before checking in, I asked several other guests about their rooms and they said they were decent. During check-in the guy made a slur about almost being out of rooms, so I immediately worried I’d get a terrible one. I tried to stay positive and booked three nights anyway.
