Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Brooksville by IHG

The people working here were so friendly and helpful, and the room service was great too. Our room looked new and was really clean. Breakfast was delicious: I had eggs, biscuits, potatoes, plus a muffin and cinnamon roll, and everything was good. There are lots of good places to eat nearby, so I'd recommend staying here if you're in the area.

We've stayed at this hotel a handful of times and always had a good experience, but the staff went above and beyond on our trip last November 30. We were in Brooksville to see family before heading to Port Canaveral for a cruise. While boarding, my wife realized she'd lost one of her diamond studs, an earring she'd worn for 27 years, since we got married. We called the hotel and asked the cleaning staff to keep an eye out, though we didn't expect much and she was very upset. On the second morning of the cruise, we got a voicemail notification over Wi-Fi from Rhonda. They'd found it! My wife was thrilled and grateful to everyone there. Our drive home took a different route, so we arranged for a family member to pick it up. We're excited she'll have it back in her ear for family visits at Christmas, just over a week away. Huge thanks to Rhonda and the whole team. We really appreciate your integrity.

I have a disability and reserved an accessible room, but they put me on the fourth floor in a regular room because the room I'd booked had been given to someone else. I couldn't take a bath and could barely get up from the low toilet. I had to ask for help, which was humiliating. They apologized, but still charged full price even though it was their mistake. We'd traveled too far and I was too tired to find another hotel that night. I won't stay there again.

We had a really good stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was clean. At breakfast, Martha was attentive and even warmed up a cinnamon roll for us. Thanks for a great visit!
