Relax Inn

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location was great for the price. Breakfast was basic continental fare, and the place felt safer than it looked, with good lighting at night. The WiFi was nearly useless and the lamp in my room didn't work. I had to turn on the AC fan to drown out noise from the neighboring room. Still, it was a good stay.

The room was tidy and clean, and the bed was comfortable. It's not very modern, which is about what you'd expect for the price, but it was perfectly fine. Most of Maine's interesting spots are close enough if you don't mind driving a bit.

After working all day, this was a nice place to come back to. We stayed two nights, and I was impressed by how clean the room was. The staff were pleasant, the price was very reasonable, and breakfast had simple options and coffee. That's why I gave it five stars.

The location is terrific, and the man in the office was kind and attentive. My teenage daughter and I stayed at the Relax Inn for a hockey tournament. It's not fancy, but it was safe and clean. The room and bathroom looked freshly painted, and the carpet and furniture were clean. The bed was much firmer than I prefer, though we both slept fine. There was a smell in the room, as if cleaning products were covering something. Breakfast was basic but nicely presented. We'll more than likely return next year for the tournament.
