Ikadaw made our late arrival with a large family easy, arranging for our rooms to be next to each other and being very friendly and accommodating at check-in and check-out. That made the stay pleasant and stress-free, and we'd definitely return. It's an older motel, but that didn't bother us. The beds were clean, towels fresh, and after a long travel day we enjoyed a hot shower. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was a nice extra, with waffles, cereal, bagels, English muffins, apples, bananas, and various juices.

The customer service here goes above and beyond, which made this budget hotel a five-star stay for us. On a busy holiday weekend, my family and I got two nights at a great price, and the location suited our needs perfectly. When my daughter left something in the room, the manager called us and kept it safe at the desk. The service, general cleanliness, and quiet were wonderful. We slept with the window open and enjoyed the fresh air. Parking was good, and the grounds were neat. Breakfast area was nice, with a waffle maker, hot fresh coffee, and continental choices. Our room had a hidden refrigerator, microwave, and in-room coffee. There are some things they should update, like the towel exchange policy, deep cleaning mildew in the shower, and perhaps getting more comfortable mattresses.
