We didn't even spend the night. After checking in, my family and I decided we'd rather sleep at the airport than risk the bed bugs mentioned in other reviews. The room was dirty and had an overwhelming citrus chemical smell. Given the other reviews, I assume it was meant to cover some other awful odor. The motel complex and the surrounding area didn't feel safe for my family, either. I came back about an hour after check-in to ask for a refund and was told no. I wasn't surprised. It feels like a scam, and it seems they only care about taking your money. The place was filthy and in a sketchy area. Look at the recent reviews and ignore the positive ones, which have to be fake or scam reviews. Based on how the place looked and smelled, I completely believe the reports. This place needs to be razed.

I should've read the reviews. Now I'm on the bed trying to stay safe from the roaches, and I'm scared I brought home bed bugs. There were roaches, blood down the front of the toilet, dirty walls, and a stink I can't describe. After a 24-hour drive with swollen ankles, I was desperate and figured I could shower and sleep for four hours. I can't sleep at all, and I'm thinking of getting dressed and packing the car. Honestly, I should've stayed in my car. It was late and I was desperate, but don't make the same mistake. Save the $150 and avoid having to take everything to the laundromat. I could cry.

A flight delay left this as the only available room I could find in the city. I was there less than an hour before heading to the front desk to complain about the filth and ask for my money back. The man started yelling, and I felt unsafe. I left anyway and didn't get a refund. The whole place was disgusting. There were blood stains on the sheets, bugs in the bed, roaches crawling over the walls, and the smell was awful. Do not stay here. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

The staff were nice, but the rooms weren't worth $135 for one night. My first room was dirty and trashy, so I opened the door and immediately shut it. In the second room the key didn't work, and I had to go back to the office to sort it out. When I finally got in, the room smelled terrible and looked like a disaster. There was hair on the bed, dirty towels, and a stinky bathroom. The kitchenette couldn't be used, the appliances were broken, the TV had no signal, and there wasn't a smoke detector. The pictures speak for themselves. I won't recommend it to anyone, it'd be embarrassing.
