Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel

The 10th-floor pool was so good I could have spent the whole vacation there. We stayed two nights before a Disney cruise, and the entire experience was perfect. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, almost like celebrities. Food at all the restaurants was outstanding. The stay included complimentary shuttles to the cruise port, which was a great extra. We also found unexpected gifts in the room, chocolate-covered strawberries and Mickey ears for the whole family. It was a perfect send-off for our cruise, and I hope we can come back.

I was at the Tech Hub Pulse event at the convention center and stopped by the Omni to look around. I didn’t stay overnight, but the new hotel made a strong impression. Its direct connection to the Broward County Convention Center seems especially handy for conferences and events. There’s a full coffee bar and plenty of snacks, useful when you’re at a long event and want something quick without leaving the building. The setup feels modern and thoughtfully designed for event guests. The rooms also look like they’d have great views, especially with the water nearby. Next time I’m attending an event there, I’ll consider staying at the hotel instead of commuting. The convenience alone makes it appealing.

Watching the cruise ships come and go from outside our room was one of my favorite parts. It was so relaxing. The pool was amazing too, and a fun place to sit. The lobby was spacious and comfortable, and the whole hotel felt thoughtfully designed for comfort. We had a wonderful stay. The restaurants offered a great range of food, and every meal we tried was delicious. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. I’d absolutely recommend the hotel and can’t wait to return.

The huge gym and heated pool impressed me most, and the amenities were plentiful. We stayed a few weeks after the hotel officially opened, before a Disney cruise from Port Everglades. We’re Omni fans, and this one lived up to our expectations. The rooms were modern and spacious, and the service was impeccable. We’ll definitely stay again. For cruisers, the hotel has a very comfortable, timely free shuttle to the port terminal. Check with the concierge for shuttle times.
