Our suite is older, but it's clean and roomy, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly, and when we asked to move because the first non-smoking room reeked of smoke, he understood and accommodated us. No other problems, and we appreciated the premium channel choices.

The room smelled really bad, and I found hairs from previous guests in the bed. It felt very unhygienic. The fire alarm in the room went off at 7:45. Breakfast was just coffee and a cheap muffin. A truly horrible stay. Some of the people at reception didn't even speak English.

After a long day, the bed made it easy to relax. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortably furnished, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Check-in went smoothly during my three-night stay, which was pleasant overall.

The pool was open, which was a nice bonus, and the beds were really comfortable. My boyfriend and I were here for his work and had a great time. Our room was clean, housekeeping came daily if needed, and the front desk attendant was always friendly and answered questions professionally. If we're in the area again, we'll stay here.

There was human waste left in the toilet from the previous guest, and the room smelled of mildew. I had to ask three times to be moved to the first floor after initially being given an upstairs room. First I was told no because the key had already been made, but making a new key took about five seconds. Paint covered the appliances, and splatters were everywhere because nothing had been covered while the room was being painted. That made it seem like the owners didn't care from the start. Why would they clear out the mildew or fix things as they fall apart?
