Terri at the front desk was such a friendly face. I came in to drop off information while doing some “mobile marketing” for our company Omni-Pros Restoration, just trying to get our name out there. She greeted me with a smile, a great attitude, and was willing to pass our information along. That kind of friendly representative means a lot to a business and to people. Thanks, Best Western, for customer service like this!

The room was spacious, still clean, and had comfortable beds and pillows. The huge TV was nice, and the bathroom had a large counter and mirror, though its lighting was dim. A few small things were off: the shower door leaked, there was a little mildew in the grout, the scrambled eggs tasted like someone had dumped in a shaker of salt, and the decaf coffee was room temperature. The other breakfast options were as expected. I'd stay again.

Trinn and Kelly were fantastic, and this rating isn't about them. The room and lobby were very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and breakfast was great. We wanted to use the pool, but it was so green and dirty that we didn't feel comfortable getting in. The spa was clean, though it was too hot outside to enjoy it. Sleep was another story: the person next door had the TV blasting from midnight to 6am, vibrating the walls and keeping us from resting. I called the front desk, but nothing got resolved, which was a bummer.

A little dated, but not too bad. The price felt fair for what you get, and they clean the rooms daily, which a lot of places don't do anymore. There's also a bar on site with happy hour.
