I came to town for my sister’s graduation, and this hotel really impressed me. The staff were super friendly and helpful, answered all my questions, and walked me through the many amenities. It really leaned into Texas A&M’s friendly tradition. There was a pool and gazebo, somewhere to borrow stuff, a business office, and free coffee. The rooms were spacious and had full kitchenettes. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it.

The room and service were terrible. At check-in, neither the air conditioning nor the TV worked. They said there were no other rooms, so I asked them to fix the problems or comp the room. Staff contacted the manager, but instead of fixing anything, they treated me like a criminal and evicted me. Nearby hotels had no rooms available, so I was left stranded. The service was hostile and totally unacceptable. This used to be my go-to hotel in College Station, and I'd stayed there many times in recent years. Now this hotel and IHG group have lost me. Don't risk staying here!

Good location, nice room, and nice people. It's a pleasant mid-range hotel, and the service alone earns it five stars for me. I'd recommend staying here.

The room was decent for the price, especially during a busy A&M ring weekend. I didn't spend much time in it, but the staff were great and friendly, and I had some good conversations with them at check-in. The location is incredible, too. I could get where I needed to go pretty quickly, and there's a Starbucks right next door.

It was a nice place, and most of the staff were great and very nice. One or two workers got overly nosy, even touching things inside people's trucks when it wasn't their concern. Also, the bed sheets didn't look like they had been changed.
