Big thanks to Courtney at the Hyatt House Bryan TX front desk. I stopped by to introduce and promote our business, Omni-Pros Restoration, and she greeted me with a really friendly smile. That kind of welcome isn’t always what you get when you’re trying to meet new people for marketing. Courtney represented the establishment very well. They’re lucky to have her, and she made it less awkward for a new guy figuring out how to do this.

I was pleased with my stay despite some of the reviews. The staff were good, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel breakfast was good. If you want more options, Cracker Barrel is next door. I’ll be back for sure.

We stayed here with a big group for a wedding, and the staff took great care of us. Chris at the front desk was patient with our party and did a wonderful job accommodating everyone. He made us feel welcome and helped make the stay great. As someone who’s worked in hospitality, I appreciate it. Thanks, and keep it up!

The location is good, but I wouldn’t stay again unless they clean the place up. The rooms and hallways were dirty. Housekeeping didn’t check on guests, and staff just swept trash into the corners and left it. The carpets need either to be stripped completely or given a really good shampooing.

We had a large group in town for a wedding, and Christopher and the whole staff were amazing. They were so kind, helpful, and attentive to every need, and exceeded everyone’s expectations. The accommodations were spacious and clean. P Morgan
