Messina Hof Winery & Resort

Emma West was fantastic and made sure we were satisfied throughout our visit. She went above and beyond, and her attentiveness, professionalism, and real passion made the experience even more enjoyable. The wine tasting at Messina Hof Estate Winery was excellent, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and all the staff were friendly and knew a lot about the wines and the winery’s history. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

We visited Messina Hof in Bryan on a cold Saturday in January. It wasn’t our first time, and we keep coming back because the wine and service are always excellent. Two pleasant young ladies looked after us during the tasting in the wine room. Ava-Chanel, the second, was especially helpful. She took time to chat and answer our questions. We plan to return on our next visit to College Station/Bryan.

We stayed for a weekend at the Villa Bed and Breakfast at Messina Hof in Bryan. The Spooky Wine Cellar Tour was fun, especially because the staff took such pride in decorating for the event. We also spent Friday night in the Tasting Room, where Reina was sweet and didn’t rush us even though we were the last ones there. She made a point of saying hello the next day, too. The Romeo and Juliet room was beautifully decorated, and the common area was convenient. Ashlyn patiently helped me decide on a wine tasting, then served us dinner on our final night at the on site restaurant. We couldn’t have asked for a more hospitable hostess. There was a miscommunication on the first morning, but breakfast the next day was a highlight. Erin was a joy and served us a delicious meal. If you get the chance to visit, I suggest staying on the property and enjoying everything offered. It’s a unique experience, and the staff is outstanding.

Erin knew a lot about the wines and their tasting notes, including both white and red varietals. She was attentive and helped us choose, and we had such a good time. Erin was a big part of the experience. Thank you to her and Messina Hof.
