The Lasalle Hotel, Bryan College Station, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel

I was in Bryan for work, and the team at The LaSalle Hotel made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Emily was especially attentive and kind, and made me feel seen, supported, and safe throughout my time there. Raegan welcomed me warmly from the start and made me feel at home. Sarah was consistently thoughtful and professional, too. Kaycie, the restaurant manager, took great care of me and went the extra mile. Her attention to detail, focus on quality, and genuine concern made each visit a top-tier experience. I’m grateful for the warmth and professionalism from the whole team. I highly recommend The LaSalle Hotel, especially for work trips where care and comfort matter.

We loved our stay at the LaSalle. Downtown Bryan is cute, and we could walk from the hotel to shops and places to eat. Our room was small, though updated and comfortable, and the bed and pillows were so cozy. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. There’s also a speakeasy in the basement that was a fun spot for a cozy adult drink.

We were out seeing ole Bryan, so I can’t say much about the inside of the hotel. The little courtyard at the LaSalle had loads of charm, with separate places to sit for a group or just a few people having coffee. Each section also has an outdoor television. The train horn a block away adds to the nostalgic feeling. It’s like stepping back in time, but in a modern way.

Our trip to Bryan with my sister and her son was for a hearing at the nearby Brazos County Courthouse. It got cancelled after we arrived and checked in, but the hotel helped make up for the disappointment. The suite rooms were well appointed and the beds comfortable. We were offered earplugs, though the trains on the railroad a block away felt comforting and nostalgic to us. The bathroom had a walk-in shower, but could use towel racks. Desk staff were excellent and helped sort out my booking mistake. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and we enjoyed drinks and morning coffee at the hotel. We appreciate Marriott preserving older hotels while keeping modern comforts.
